What if I Need Help?

Just click the Support tab, choose the question you’d like help with, and type your question. With our program, you have direct access to the authors of the question explanations. We answer questions by email, often by the following morning, and you can reply to the email if you want further clarification.

When you choose the exam question from the drop-down list, your inquiry is automatically sent to the person who wrote that particular explanation, and is thus in the best position to help you.

Most LSAT courses just use interns or similar minimum-wage employees to try to answer your questions, but most can only cut-and-paste an explanation from some other source. If you really need insight into how to answer a question because you don’t follow the explanation given in the course, our experts are in the best position to help you understand the answer.

Because our authors have limited time, we ask that you be specific about what you don’t understand; in other words, please do not just say “Explain this question to me.”
